❁ As an Artist, I…

• Reserve the right to decline work I believe myself not capable of completing to a high standard, or that infringes on my comfort as a person.
• Have copyright to the artwork unless discussed and the copyright is transferred.
• Have the right to publish, livestream, and record the commissioned artwork process to share and promote on social media and services like Patreon unless otherwise discussed.
• Have the right to sell any commissioned fanart of an existing series or franchise, I may sell the artwork at any time in the form of prints, art books, stickers, etc.

 

❁ Client's Use and Understanding- 

• All commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use and the client does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit, unless discussed beforehand.
• Client reserves the right to use commissioned artwork as they please (posting, printing, stream usage, avatar usage, etc.) so long as credit is given to me as the artist and no profit is made.
• Should the client intend to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, this MUST be openly disclosed and made clear in writing before the commission process begins as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect total cost.
• Rights may be transferred by a commercial licensing fee, which will be discussed on a case by case basis, in addition to the original price.

 

❁ Payment and Process-

• All Payments must be made with Paypal in USD.
• Payments must be made up front before work on the commission begins.
• Payments will be initiated via an invoice sent to the client by myself.
• Refunds will not be available after I have started the commission.

 

❁ Timeframe-

• It takes generally 1-2 months to complete a piece, depending on medium, size, and complexity. If I anticipate it taking longer, I will inform the client.
• If you have a deadline, this must be disclosed before I start the commission. I don’t usually do rush orders, but if you need it quickly, I may need to charge more.

 

❁ Mailing-

• If the client requests for a piece of traditional art to be shipped, I will charge an additional fee to cover shipping depending on size/weight of the piece.
• Clients must be 18 or over or have parental permission before disclosing an address.
• If a commissioned piece is damaged through the mail, the client will be issued a 25% refund.
